Contract Work
We are a local, well established, family run business.
David Ferry has been qualified as a Heating Engineer for 22 years; and has vast experience of both Plumbing & Heating.
Prior to starting the business he was a supervisor, and had a managerial role for 2 large North East companies for a period of 10 years.
We are looking to take our business forward and expand further into the market place and are keen to work with well established companies.
We have recently been providing plumbing & heating services to bring council houses to the decent homes standard. This included one day heating installing unvented systems, boiler conversions, kitchen, first and second fixes and bathroom installations.
We also provide a maintenance service which includes 24 hour call out.
Depending on what the contractor is requiring we can survey jobs, do all necessary paperwork with gas safe and provide supervision as we do this as part of other contracts or we can just provide the resources to undertake the work.
We have also undertaken government grant work so are well experienced in energy efficiency and expected standards and also work direct for Baxi Potterton undertaking diagnostic work when required.
We are also qualified to undertake commercial work and associated pipework and have recently been and have recently been working with a large UK company providing maintenance, new installation work and boiler replacements in commercial premises.
We currently work for 5 well established contractors in the North East as and when required, and can provide references.
Aside from contracting work we also offer and provide a full bathroom installation service using skilled tradesmen undertaking tiling, plastering, joinery, electrical and plumbing work.
We can and have proved to be very competitive as we continually review our costs and keep overheads to a minimum. Mainly we offer an excellent standard of work as we believe that this is required for us to continually work with our customers and grow as a business. We also believe that communication and team working with our contractors is key.
We are happy to tender for any contract work in all areas of domestic and commercial plumbing and heating. We can also offer a full design service in both these areas. We will undertake the work however big or small the job is.
We are experienced in working on and managing Social Housing Schemes. Also providing labour to a number of contractors on Social Housing Schemes and Refurbishment Schemes.
